ABSTRACT
School culture scheme refers to the planning scheme of school culture development or construction formulated based on the assessment report of school culture development. It is called school culture scheme for short. This scheme is fulfilled by the cooperation of university’s project team and project school whose common duty is to accomplish formulation of school culture scheme. Its formulation is an important element for school culture construction. If school culture is considered as a delicious water boiled fish, and different schools have different methods and creativity, school culture scheme is, of course, the secret recipe for the dish. As it is hard to cater for all tastes, to cook a delicious dish is of great difficulty, let alone making feasible school culture scheme with bright spots. The purpose of this chapter lies in through comprehending the author’s own experience in managing projects and study, expounding basic contents associating with the topic – formulation of school culture scheme.
