ABSTRACT

In school culture-driven model and improvement model of trilateral-cooperation school, the process of advancement of school culture practice just starts from the formulation of school culture scheme, or the time when the project of school culture construction is launched. From a broad sense of school culture improvement, the advancement of school culture practices includes four aspects, which are setting goals of school culture construction, formulating and choosing school culture scheme, carrying out school culture scheme, and evaluating school culture and practice effect. Therefore, the advancement of school culture practice studied refers to exercising, implementation, being practicable and evaluation after the school culture scheme is affirmed. The purpose of dissemination is to make people form a complete impression on school philosophy system and practical operation structure, settle differences, acquire consistent identity, and improve cohesive force, popularity and reputation of the school, so as to form favorable public opinion and cultural image.
