ABSTRACT
School culture conflicts are helpful to enhance internal solidarity in school. School culture conflicts are helpful to enrich the diversity in school culture and promote solidarity in a wider range. The basis of social solidarity is the common values and common moral standards of social members, and base on the strength of the awareness of such common values and common moral standards, social solidarity can be divided into mechanical solidarity and organic solidarity. The change from mechanical solidarity to organic solidarity is a historical development process and also a social development process in which mechanical solidarity keeps retreating, and organic solidarity keeps replacing mechanical solidarity. The territory built by cultural solidarity is limited in working places, and beyond work, any organization member has his or her own lifestyle, so cultural solidarity belongs to organic solidarity.
