ABSTRACT

This chapter describes the business idea, registration details, and business presentation, which includes the mission, vision, value proposition and organizational values, business premises, organization chart, management and ownership, key personnel, innovation strategy, risk management, and legal considerations. It presents these elements applied to the TourMCard and AuditExpert companies. The idea of creating a business can come in many forms, such as discovering a new need, revealing a potential new use for an existing product, new way of distributing a product, or a new form to produce a product. The process of choosing the name of the business should not be considered lightly, as there are a number of limitations, standing out the fact that it has to be a non-existent name in the sector of activity in which it is going to operate. Creation of a company presupposes that there is a contextualization of the scope of the business in which it will operate.
