ABSTRACT
Being born into a new era of technology gives the millennial generation an opportunity to redefine all the rules of the workplace. Malala’s shooting became breaking news, and everyone around the world was horrified. It was a miracle that she survived, and everyone wanted to know her story. In the United States there’s a narrative around the plight of South Asian or Middle-Eastern women that sees them primarily as victims. Technology has become synonymous with innovation, but it’s a means to an end, not an end in itself. Social entrepreneurship already offers a viable choice for education in many countries. In Pakistan, a high percentage of people go to low-cost private schools. Loyal works with brands to build and leverage communities online. Community connects people to each other. Community thrives on diversity and generates new ideas.
