ABSTRACT

Every company can have challenges and triumphs when it comes to diversity programs. Fields such as science, engineering, and technology have especially unique challenges when it comes to issues such as gender diversity and diverse recruiting. Some companies have found unique and successful solutions for addressing these problems. While there is a set of strategies that have often been successful, it is important for a company to be introspective and to carefully examine how diversity can really thrive. It may require trial and error, but the important thing is for companies to keep examining their efforts and persisting until they have found strategies that truly bring success.
