ABSTRACT
Diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace are constantly changing and evolving. The most successful diversity programs are ones that are adaptable. Over the course of this book, we have looked at the importance of diversity and inclusion, the success it can bring to a company, and the challenges implementing these programs can present. Employing diversity and inclusion in historically homogenous fields such as science, technology, engineering, and industry can bring its own set of unique challenges.
