ABSTRACT

Because of the quick advancement of technology, the healthcare sector is one that is always changing and making progress. The provision of healthcare is a vital and pressing concern, the significance of which can be seen in almost every facet of modern life. This chapter aims to assess and evaluate the continuing service quality of healthcare and the level of patient satisfaction using a service quality scale from the perspective of outpatients. It presents a comprehensive approach to healthcare service quality assessment consisting of entropy and multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis (MOORA) methods under a neutrosophic environment. The chapter also presents a brief introduction to the entropy method. It then refers to the MOORA method and the meaning of its idea and refers to the computational steps of the approach used to assess the healthcare service quality.
