ABSTRACT
It is shown that it is not possible to say that any particular project delivery method is ‘riskier’ or ‘contains more risk’ than any other project delivery method. Delivery methods can be manipulated to give a range of risk. Risk allocation between parties to a delivery method is shown to have no meaning.
