ABSTRACT
The risk management (RM) step of Analysis and Evaluation is developed. A necessary distinction is made between analysis and evaluation. A broad discussion on analysis is given. Evaluation is shown to be dependent on the stakeholder’s value system recognized in the Definition and Context step.
