ABSTRACT
In depositions, doctors can be questioned on matters that will be inadmissible at trial. Inquiries regarding issues may be asked in ways that will never be asked at trial such as “Why?” This is designed to uncover valuable information such as the doctor’s reasoning for his/her actions and possible defenses to the charges.
