ABSTRACT

Circuit modelling for electromagnetic compatibility demonstrates how circuit modelling may be used to simulate and analyse various types of electromagnetic interference while significantly simplifying the mathematics. Electromagnetic theory, circuit theory, computer algorithms, and electronic system design are among the topics covered. With the purpose of electromagnetic interference characteristics, a simulation analysis programme of electromagnetic emission characteristics is planned and produced using MATLAB App Designer. Not only does the programme isolate the coupling path modelling from the characteristics of the interference source or sensitive equipment, but it also accomplishes simulation prediction in the presence of several interference sources or sensitive equipment. The programme is used to simulate electromagnetic coupling between systems and to anticipate electromagnetic radiation emission from high-voltage systems outside the system. The programme has easy operation and quick iteration, which can shorten the vehicle development cycle and save development costs. This chapter will go through how EMI works in the MATLAB environment.
