ABSTRACT
This chapter covers Ethics of Artificial Intelligence (AI-Ethics) in science and engineering. There are serious matters associated with how Artificial Intelligence can and must be used in order not to cause any negative issues for humans. This is identified as AI-Ethics, which is a function of the creation of many racisms and sexisms through several AI-based models that were developed in the past 12 years. It is incredibly important to learn and understand the AI-Ethics that have been generated in Artificial General Intelligence and then learn and understand how the issues associated with AI-Ethics can also be involved in the science and engineering applications of Artificial Intelligence. This chapter explains how the bias that has created racism and sexism in Artificial General Intelligence can also provide biases in the science and engineering applications of Artificial Intelligence.
