ABSTRACT
The value of an engineering project will be degraded (or even completely lost) if it cannot deliver the engineering products within the specified time frame. This chapter will illustrate how to identify critical paths for schedule, evaluate uncertainties with the critical paths, and control the critical paths with risk management techniques. Probabilistic critical paths are identified for quantifying complexity of project scheduling to assess schedule risk under uncertainty.
