Integrated Risk Management and Computer Simulation

Modern engineering projects require concurrent management of technical risk, cost risk, and schedule risk. The integrated risk management approach presents a framework for this process. This chapter also introduces the optimization of this integrated risk management approach by computer-simulation methods. Governments’ policies for digital transformation in the face of COVID-19 are discussed with an emphasis on risk engineering and management.
