ABSTRACT
Static conveyors, or gravity conveyors as they are frequently referred to, are so named because there is no power source to keep the product moving other than human force or, if the conveyor is mounted on an angle, using Earth’s gravity to keep the product moving. Wheel and roller are the two primary types of static conveyors. We cover rigid as well as flexible conveyors and extendable conveyors.
