ABSTRACT
There is a wide variety of powered conveyors beyond the basic belt conveyors covered in Chapter 4. We have separated powered conveyors into three main groups: live roller transportation, live roller accumulation, and modular conveyors. The majority of powered conveyors, beyond basic belt conveyors, are roller conveyors. We cover various types of drives, including motorized rollers, chain conveyors, and sorters of various types.
