ABSTRACT
The exposure, impact, or exchange of energy caused by a high-risk behavior, high-risk condition, or combination thereof could result in injury, damage to property and equipment, or business interruption. Many equipment and property-damage accidents have potential to cause injury to workers under different circumstances. Since these non-injury accidents have potential for injury and create a loss, they should be investigated, costed, and treated with the same amount of diligence as injury-producing accidents.
