ABSTRACT

In the Western tradition, the authors roughly identify two schools of thought: rationalism and empiricism. Rationalists believed that knowledge is rational: reason is the source of knowledge. However, strict rationalism and neglecting observations are at odds with modern scientific thinking. Bertrand Russell once wrote: Observation versus Authority: To modern educated people, it seems obvious that matters of fact are to be ascertained by observation, not by consulting ancient authorities. Variables are of different types. A discrete variable is a variable that can only take fixed values that are sorted. The measurement of frequency and speed is represented in the graphical method, where the x-axis denotes speed ranges from 1 to 35 with an increasing order of 5 units and the y-axis denotes frequency ranges from 1 to 5 with an increasing order of 1 unit. Alice never cleans up after her and, after months of accumulating food leftovers in the kitchen, she has now an infestation of mice at home.
