ABSTRACT

Digitalization of markets, shopping carts, businesses, and banking enables customers to purchase products or services directly from a seller over the internet which is called electronic commerce. The impact of digitization creates employment opportunities and economic growth. The beneficiaries of B2B, B2C, and m-Commerce exchange money for goods and services, and possible corruption and challenges were highlighted. Both e-commerce and m-commerce are dominating the world despite the challenges and drawbacks. The importance of the digitalization of the commercial sector is important for critical periods that help society to fulfill its daily needs. It has been shown through various cases in the real world of India and other countries that have emerged through technology. Trends, devices, and integrating technologies were approached that are assisting to give the service of e-commerce and e-market. The future of technological commerce has a broad way of expanding travel.
