ABSTRACT

The law is required if the crime is there. Technology intercepted life for connectivity, comfort, and fast movement. The obvious is that technological crime interjects the comfort which heals through cyber laws. The misuse of digitalization by users is scrutinized and controlled using cyber laws but not by the government. The majority of governments worldwide are bounding the freedom of digitized people with the help of cyber laws and utilizing them for their mileage. The growth of organized cybercrime is known by which government restricts but bans social activities according to their need in name of hate speech. Although judicial intervention has allowed the law to advance consistently over time, the emergence of social media platforms has raised unique legal and governance concerns. There are social, ethical, and technological difficulties encountered by digital users worldwide being misused by the few biased governments which need to reform and review.
