ABSTRACT
The chapter presents the whole world as an extremely complex heterogeneous, distributed, and dynamic system with many existing problems. To fight such problems and orient the world’s evolution in the most progressive way, higher levels of self-comprehension, self-analysis, and self-management should be introduced and developed. To accomplish this, the book, as a sequel to the previous books of the author, offers quite a different organizational philosophy, model, and technology providing highly integral solutions by dynamic coverage and matching of distributed environments by active self-spreading recursive code. The chapter compares the book with those of other authors in the related areas and also provides a summary of the remaining chapters.
