ABSTRACT
Logic Family: Many complex digital functions have been realized in a variety of forms and each form is referred to as a logic family. Basically there are two types of semiconductor devices: Bipolar and Unipolar. Digital ICs are fabricated by employing either the bipolar or the unipolar technologies and are accordingly referred to as bipolar logic family or unipolar logic family.
