ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we look at the mandatory competency, Inclusive Environments. For the RICS APC, this must be taken to level 1. Candidates must understand the principles and processes used to deliver inclusive environments, recognising the ‘diversity of user needs and the requirement to put people (of all ages and abilities) at the heart of the process’.
