ABSTRACT
This chapter looks at the three senior professional assessment (SPA) competencies: Leadership, Managing People and Managing Resources. These three competencies must be taken to level 2 for SPA candidates only. This is in addition to the rest of the mandatory competencies in the preceding chapters of this book, which SPA candidates must also satisfy.
