ABSTRACT
This chapter looks at the mandatory competency, Health and Safety. For the RICS APC, this must be taken to level 2. This includes knowledge of legal, practical and regulatory health and safety requirements and how these are applied in the workplace. Given the wide variety of environments you may find yourself in, safe working practices cannot be ignored.
