ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we look at the mandatory competency, Business Planning. For the RICS APC, this must be taken to level 1. Business Planning is something that every surveyor needs to know about, whether to ensure that their work aligns with their firm’s corporate objectives or as an essential management skill later in their career.
