ABSTRACT

Many post-study questionnaires and surveys have been developed to test users’ perceptions of usability or a specific construct that impacts usability. The most frequently leveraged scale is the System Usability Scale (SUS), but many others can be applied to the testing of a general user interface and many pertain to the healthcare context, including the Telemedicine Satisfaction and Usefulness Questionnaire (TSUQ) and the Health Information Technology Usability Evaluation Scale (Health-ITUES).
