ABSTRACT
Usability has a pluralistic definition. It refers to how easy it is for an individual to use a product or technology to accomplish a particular task successfully. However, there are many qualities that have been associated with usability, including efficiency, effectiveness, user satisfaction, and learnability. The various definitions and qualities of usability are discussed, as well as user-centered design (UCD) and user experience (UX).
