ABSTRACT
This chapter contains the contributions in three folds. (1) Equivalent equation of fractional coordinates of a damped Euler–Bernoulli beam with the fractional external and internal damping forces. (2) The closed-form expression of the forced response to that beam. (3) A new variation form of the Rayleigh damping based on such a beam.
