To remain competitive and take advantage of the opportunities presented by digital transformation, firms need to build a thorough digital strategy in the quickly changing digital ecosystem. This chapter emphasizes the significance of matching technology with company goals to spur innovation, improve consumer experiences, and achieve long-term success. Understanding the digital world, including new trends and rivals’ strategies, is the first step in the process. Then, specific company goals are established, concentrating on customer experience, operational effectiveness, revenue expansion, and innovation. To achieve these goals, existing and developing technological enablers are identified.
