ABSTRACT

Organizations increasingly depend on digital transformation to be competitive and satisfy their consumers’ constantly changing expectations in today’s fast-changing digital market. A successful digital transformation strategy is built on performance evaluation, which enables organizations to assess, evaluate, and improve the performance, resiliency, and user-centric experiences of their systems. Performability, analysis, and usability are the three main aspects of performance assessment that are examined in this chapter. Performability measures system resilience and performance, enabling businesses to better allocate resources and improve stability. Analyticity uses analytics to make data-driven decisions, revealing insights to resolve performance issues and forecast future trends. Usability places a strong emphasis on designing digital experiences that are user-centric, empowering businesses to create user interfaces that are clear and effective.
