ABSTRACT

Initial resistance often accompanies radically different ideas, simply because human nature tends to reject revolutionary pathways that go in unpredictable directions. An inner voice may tell us to slow down and be more careful before leaping ahead. Our sense of logic may warn us that uncharted territory is fraught with risk and possible failure. Despite this, bold leaders march on in pursuit of their vision. They hold fast to the firm belief that their idea has the potential to boost necessary or significant change. Visionary leaders who refuse to give up set the stage to empower remarkable transformations.
