ABSTRACT

The safety of the generated fruit and vegetable items is another factor that is relevant to both domestic and industrial production. The majority of fruits are acidic, and this acidity regulates the kinds of microorganisms that can flourish in the processed goods. Vegetables and fruits are widely available raw materials in many countries. Vegetables have traditionally been grown in tiny garden plots in most tropical regions, while fruit trees have traditionally been planted around the house or complex to give shade, timber, and, of course, food. Fruit and vegetable eating has varying levels of importance in the diet in various communities around the world. Fruit and vegetable farming can be challenging and has a limited annual growing season in some places, such as the chilly, barren environments of the Central Asian steppes, mountainous sections of Latin America, and dry deserts in Africa and Asia.
