ABSTRACT
When speaking with non-lubrication personnel about the subject of practical lubrication, the standard “go to” analogy explanation almost always involves a discussion in terms of automobiles and their use and need for lubricants. Most people have at some time in their life driven and maintained an automobile requiring a old fashioned “oil and lube job.”
