ABSTRACT
It is often stated that in order to lubricate correctly, one must follow the “four” rights of lubrication, often referred to as “the law of the Four R’s.” The law simply states that “Good Lubrication Practice (GLP) depends on delivering the Right lubricant, in the Right place, in the Right amount, at the Right time.” In doing so, friction and wear can be minimized.
