ABSTRACT
Effective work management is about creating an environment that recognizes and takes advantage of proactivity. An environment that promotes communication excellence between clients, operators, or stakeholders, who often provide that “first alert” warning of machine failure, and a response that is interactive and timely. This requires excellence in our maintenance planning and scheduling work management efforts.
