The data logging and analysis chapter of the wood-fired oven book investigates into the exploration of precise measurement techniques to improve cooking practices and enhance the understanding of a wood-fired oven's thermal behaviour. While traditional methods like burning flour on the oven floor can provide a rough indication of temperature, this chapter introduces more advanced methods that offer scientific insights into the wood-fired oven's performance.
