ABSTRACT
Three fundamental physical constants are encountered in electricity and magnetism, the elementary charge (e) of Sect. 1.1, the electric constant (ε 0) of Sect. 1.2, and the magnetic constant (μ 0) of Chap. 4. They are given to four significant figures in Tab. 1.1.
