Abstract

In 1950, the famous physicist Enrico Fermi formulated a problem about the apparent absence of extraterrestrial intelligent life in our universe, where he expressed his astonishment about the fact that the light of so many stars (about 10²¹) reaches the earth, but no signals from extraterrestrial civilizations.
