ABSTRACT
Strategic decision-making is a key factor in any military conflict. Therefore, tools for optimum decision-making are crucial. Apart from the techniques being applied thereby (e.g., see [23]), there is always also the important question about the principal uncertainties of a given system or situation to be analyzed. Our quantum gravity approach allows us to deal with the problem of the total uncertainty budget in a very general manner.
