ABSTRACT
Na 2 Ga 2 As 3 ternary compound, which crystallizes in the monoclinic structure with the lattice parameters a = 1317.5 ± 0.3, b = 670.5 ± 0.2, and c = 1445.9 ± 0.3 pm and β = 90.2 ± 0.2°, is formed in this system (Cordier et al. 1991k). It was synthesized from elements at 930°C.
