Employees typically expect much more than a salary from their employers, such as rewards, involvement in key decisions, appreciation, etc. Investing in Employee Morale is often perceived by company leaders more like an option than a requirement. They overlook that employees can transform a company into a market leader or can also end a business. Employee Morale has been proven to have an impact in all other key components of Company Success, such as Profit, Productivity, Efficiency, Quality, and Ergonomics and Safety. Therefore, it should be a business priority for all organizations to measure Employee Morale and make improvements.
