ABSTRACT
This chapter is dedicated to Stefan Ernst Fischer, PhD, the inventor of CSPAMM. Not only was he a former mentor to the last author of this chapter, but he was also a dear friend for the past two decades. Stefan tragically and unexpectedly passed away while on a business trip to Europe in the summer of 2011. He leaves behind his wife, Elisabeth, as well as his two sons, Ramon and Urs.
