ABSTRACT
This chapter is about implementation of teamwork theory in everyday clinical practice. The organization of the chapter follows the organization of the rehabilitation process, starting with an investigation and evaluation of the patient and his or her problems, continuing with the actual rehabilitation phase, and concluding with the discharge phase.
