ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we present some examples of team rehabilitation in different organizations and different diagnoses. The examples come from situations known from hospitals and rehabilitation centers in Sweden and may not be suitable for rehabilitation in other countries where the organization of the healthcare and traditions are different.
