ABSTRACT
It has never been the author’s aim to tell law enforcement people how to do the job they have been doing for years and doing it well — and usually, doing it underfunded, underfed, understaffed, underground, underloved, and underpaid! Nor has it been the author’s intention to answer questions not asked by the law enforcement communities. However, it has been the intention of the author to suggest questions and heuristic answers which have been asked and should be asked by investigators who work Asian crime.
