ABSTRACT

People usually have mixed feelings at about a relationship or condition. They want to be safe, but they also enjoy flirting with danger. Employees' relations to change are very perplexing and this applies to safety rules as well as to any other condition of employment. All accidents and injuries must be investigated in order to prevent their recurrence. When management shows through their safety practices that they really believe in good safety concepts and methods, that attitude will be reflected in our employees' safety behavior as well. A safety policy also assures supervisors that their efforts to promote safety are supported by top management and are recognized as a necessary function in efficient production. The study of human factors for repeat motions is directly related to job hazard analysis. Fires can be prevented by safety inspections and constant watchfulness. Occupational health, hazard communication and respiratory protection all depend on each other to protect the workers' health.
