ABSTRACT
Let C be the space of all complex numbers and let R be the space of all real numbers. R + and R − will denote the nonnegative and nonpositive numbers, respectively. All vector (or linear) spaces in the book will be over the field of complex numbers. In particular, all algebras will be over the complex numbers.
