ABSTRACT
We considered before the control systems for first order evolutional systems. Now we consider second order evolutional equations. At first, we analyze linear second order evolutional equations and optimization control problems for these systems. We solve also the synthesis problem for the unconditional case. The wave equation is considered as an example.
